The application process
All applications received will be carefully checked by our Human Resources department together with the respective department concerned. Please understand that this selection process takes a certain amount of time. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the status of your application.
Tip: an application which is complete from the very beginning will save us time on requesting further information or documents, thus helping to speed up the application process. So don't forget to provide information such as availability or salary expectations. We need this information to process your application.

Applications in all other areas of the companyInitial contact may be established in the form of a telephone interview, during which we get to know you a little and provide answers to any questions that you may have.
If you are invited to an initial face-to-face interview, these usually take place in MÜPRO's head offices. Interviews usually involve a representative from the department involved and a representative from Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to learn more about MÜPRO and the interview will give us a picture of you as a potential employee.
A second face-to-face interview will involve the executive management and forms the basis for deciding whether to employ you or not. Depending on the post concerned, brief written or online tests may be used to supplement the application process.
Applications in field sales / key account managementIf you are applying for a position in the field sales force, the process usually initially includes a short personal meeting with the responsible area sales manager in your region.
If the outcome is positive, an intensive, multimodal interview will then take place at our company In addition to a manager from sales, a representative from the HR department also takes part in this conversation
The decision on a contract offer will then be made promptly.

How do I apply?
Please submit your application documents to us via our online application platform. You will automatically receive an applicant account. The data protection guidelines grant you maximum transparency and the protection of your personal data. Please refrain from applying by email or post, as processing cannot be guaranteed.
Which attachments should my application contain?
The more relevant information we have about you, the better. An application should consist of a cover letter, a letter of motivation, a curriculum vitae (in tabular form, with month and year details), employer references and professional and school leaving certificates.
Can I send an unsolicited application?
You can also send us an unsolicited application on our applicant portal. We welcome applications from motivated and qualified candidates at any time.
It is important for speculative applications that they are formulated in a meaningful way. Please state which areas or positions you are particularly interested in and why you are suitable for this area. If your profile is of interest to us, we will contact you even if we are currently unable to offer you a suitable post. This is to include your documents in our recruitment database with your permission. We will contact you at a future date if something comes up. In some cases, this may be a very short space of time.
