An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardised document that transparently presents the environmental impact of a product throughout its entire life cycle. This is particularly important for sustainable construction projects that aim to be environmentally friendly and resource-efficient. We have already created EPDs for our galvanised MPC- and MPR-Support channels and MPC- and MPR-Wall hanger brackets, further strengthening our commitment to sustainability.

Advantages of an EPD

Transparency: EPDs provide detailed information on a product's environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials to its disposal.
Fulfillment of requirements: In many industries and in public tenders, environmental certificates such as EPDs are often a prerequisite. We meet these requirements with our EPDs.
Sustainable planning: With sound environmental indicators, EPDs support the sustainable planning of construction projects. They provide a solid basis for environmentally conscious decisions and help to reduce the ecological footprint.
